As part of the delivery of the ‘Vertical Village’ strategy that is central to the Twenty Two brand purpose, Edge was invited to lead the delivery of ‘The Exchange’, a programmable innovation space, event space and seed space on Level 7.
As a highly-flexible space, the solution focused on the use of furniture settings and curtain tracks to define spaces, rather than fixed cellularised space.
Built on-spec, AXA has now partnered with an operator who will run the facility as a JV.
